    Hi Friends.

Wishing you all a very Happy New year.truly wish all of you attain great sucess in accomplishing your New year resolutions and more peace and happiness in each of your lives.

This is my first attempt to apear for CPA Exams. So nervous, excited, anxious, perplexed!!!

Jus received the application approval from the Board.Had a query on how to go about with for requesting an ATT.

1)I intend to appear only for one section at a time beginning with FAR in April 2013.In that case, should i select just FAR while requesting ATT or should i select all of them now.I am querying this cause the board’s email states there will be a $50 fee for every reapplication so not sure if submittig an ATT request later for the subsequent sections will cost me this $50 each time.

I have few more queries on this topic, but i will go on one by one 🙂

Any help on this is truly appreciated.

    Have a great day!:)

Yes for every ATT if you apply one by one then you will need to pay $50 each time. So I would suggest you to pay for two exams or even four exams to save re-application money. $50 each time really adds up especially if you apply them one by one but some people dont mind it because they want to finish one part of the exam before moving on to the second part. Also when you re-schedule the exam with prometric (due to any reason), you will need to pay some money as well. Over 30 days is free of charge, 5-30 days is $35, less than 5 days $80 – $100 (I kind a forgot).

Don't worry about the application fees. It sucks to have to pay the full application fee each time, but for me I'm better off only applying for one exam at a time. Easier for me to focus on one at a time that way.
