I seem to be getting “stuck” at the application questions section after I input answers to go into the box. The save and continue button will not work at all after I select the answers from the drop down menu. On the other hand, the save and continue button will work and start to process if I do not put any answers in the box, but a message will appear and tell me to answer the questions ( I tried that to see if the button would actually work at all ). I have also tried to apply using my cell phone internet that is not connected to my home Wi-Fi and the save and continue button still does not work. It may just be me, but I have never had this problem in the past. Since the button will not work I cannot continue with the application since the subsequent sections are locked until this section is saved! Has anyone had this problem before or know what it may be?

Try clearing your cache/history, if that does not resolve it, try using another browser (Chrome, mozilla or internet explorer).

I think they're having IT issues in general. I can't see the info in the CPA exam status box, and my exam application for REG that I took over 2 months ago still hasn't been updated from NTS issued to closed…where the AUD test I took 2 weeks ago shows closed. I've called and email them a few weeks ago and they're just like…sorry…IT is working on it.

Interesting, I was finally able to apply for REG even though the exam application status still hasn't been updated. It wasn't like this yesterday. So hopefully you're able to apply for your test. I just spent almost $500 for audit and reg…yeaaahhh 🙁

I was finally able to get the application filled out and submitted. I don't know what was going on, but I am glad that it went through. I was getting a little aggravated! I also agree about the money thing! This exam is super expensive!
