Since they updated the NASBA site I can’t log on – errors all around and get my NTS. I know I should’ve done this before but have had a lot going on and now all the testing times I wanted to book are quickly being taken!! Helppppp 🙁

I'm outside of the US and at work (so need to allocate to client…etc) so can't right now…i've sent an e-mail but just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. in panic mode…of course.

i called and they said they're closed…even though the website says they're open until 2AM. grr

I talked with them earlier in the week, Monday, 15 minute wait.

Open until 1 PM Nashville time, not AM.

She said they are swamped with applications due to the school year finishing.

1-2 week extra wait.

I just got through on another line (1800CPAEXAM). Apparently you need to reset your password if you haven't logged in since the upgrade. Problem is, anything I clicked onto came up with errors. They said that they have had reported compatibility issues with internet explorer (which is what I've always used at work…so checking scores in the future may be a nightmare!) I can't download anything on my computer at work so will have to check when I'm home later tonight. Or soon….I can't concentrate on studying after being at the office for 11 hours and now this… any excuse, right? At least we've got the long weekend ahead!

I will post an update if it is not the internet explorer browser incompatability issue in case this is helpful to anyone else….

Yes, I had to update my password via an email link.

I use Firefox.
