Hi All,

Today, I had to give the AUD exam and this what has happened:

During the first 10 minutes to review the procedures and click on ‘I AGREE’ button I hvae just submitted about 15 seconds before and unfortunately it was not accepted and directed me to the prometric home screen. The staff over they said me that as per their records it is reflecting as exam has been ended and from their end they won’t be able to restart the exam.

They have provided me the NASBA customer id and asked to e-mail them with the details.

Can someone advice generally what happens at this kind of scenario and will they re-schedule the exam / consider this as done.

Note: I have not started the exam testlet at all.

Check my last post. This exact thing happened to me last week with AUD except i was actually able to take the sims part just not the multiple choice. I contacted NASBA and the next morning they said Prometric will contact me to clear it up. A week later Prometric hadnt done it yet so I emailed nasba again and they said im clear to reschedule with my original section code. Hope it works out for you.

@kahtwoloo: thanks a ton for your input. Hope so and the most imp thing for me is that I came all the way from India to take this exams and I am going back to India on August 3rd…fingers crossed.. 🙁
