Hi everyone,

Have REG scheduled for 11/21, but wanted to reschedule to January. Can someone tell me how to do this? I went on the Prometric website and tried to reschedule, but they needed my confirmation #/id which I do not have (email deleted), and I don’t know my user id/pw and can’t seem to figure out a way to find this info. I tried emailing but have not received a response yet.

Anyone know who I can contact, or how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Call prometric. Same thing happened to me last month (never received confirmation email) and they were able to give it to me over the phone.
