how long does it take to get a new NTS?

    being a newbie i only sign up for 2 test FAR and REG (i should of sign up for all 4 >_< ). So i resubmitted the application along with 50 dollars (reapplication fee) I did this on 7/20 the day right after REG exam hoping that I get my new NTS. I check my state board site (CA) and they are still waiting to process the paper work. Does any one know how long the waiting period usually is once they submit all the paper work?

    Usually takes me about 2 or 3 business days with Massachusetts
