From the NASBA website:

“Q: Will the testing window be extended?

A: For those candidates affected by the storm, the testing window will be extended to December 8.”

I was of the impression that anyone, even those not affected by Sandy can request to reschedule their exams through Dec8.

Jeff, can you please comment/clarify?

I am not in an area affected by Sandy and I was able to reschedule for December 7. I rescheduled mine online

Like with the Jul-Aug testing window extended, Prometric opened it nation-wide (my understanding of it). If you feel like you need to reschedule, do it. If you feel ready, reconsider rescheduling. Good luck on your exam!
