I took FAR yesterday, and after completing the SIMs and the post exam survey (are you happy with the state board, room appearance, monitor, etc.) I came upon the screen reminding of the agreement I agreed to at the beginning of the exam. I selected okay, and the screen froze on a white screen, where normally it goes back to the desktop (in previous experiences). I told the prometrics people, they worked on it for 5-10 minutes because they showed it as still incomplete. After working on it, they told me they got it to go through and my answers were submitted. They printed out the paper saying I was there, signed and stamped it. Has anyone else had this problem before? Should I be worried or contact NASBA?

Half the time I get the survey, the other half I get a blank screen. As long as you finished your exam, you will be fine because the answers are saved continuously. You're definitely ok and I wouldn't worry about it.

This happened during my exam. The folks at Prometric had to reboot my computer, and have me log into another computer with my launch code, which immediately took me out to the Prometric screen. It should be ok.

This happened to me the other day for my exam!! Please let me know what you did? I read another forum on this and sent them in email to confirm my answers were submitted. I'm freaking out!!

This happened to me on my second take of Audit. I freaked out, but everything went through and I came out with an 83. If the Prometric center said it went through- I am sure it did. Try not to worry about it– easier said then done 🙂 Good luck!

Happened to me and I was freaked out, but I passed with a 95, so try not to worry about it.

@HopefulCPA0601, I was like you and freaked out. I called NASBA at the number listed on the attendance print out you receive. They had me email someone, who confirmed my answers were submitted within a day or so. Not to worry! But if you want to make sure, like me, I would recommend it to calm nerves. 🙂
