I was scheduled to take AUD today in Dallas and it got cancelled due to inclement weather. I got the test rescheduled to tomorrow, and yet again I received a phone call and e-mail saying that Prometric will be closed tomorrow. After being on hold, multiple transfers, and talking to Prometric for a total of 3 hours today, they tell me that there are no more Prometric openings in Dallas for this window and I’ll have to drive to Waco to test at 8am (2 hour drive) on Friday, or wait until April. One of the guys mentioned that there was a possibility that the testing window may get extended, but it’s usually at the 11th hour. Has anyone had experience with this? How often are the testing windows extended, and at what point do they get extended? If the window usually gets extended then I’ll wait to schedule, if not I’m going to need to book a hotel in Waco because I’m not waiting until April. I have 2 more tests and will start losing credit this year.

They usually get extended by 5-6 days but I have to be honest, usually they've made that decision by now. I'm not sure why they're playing hardball this time but trust me when I say there are plenty of candidates in your situation right now.
