Hi all,

I just scheduled my first part of the exam and reading the fine print has me concerned. It says that your application (what application? The one you submit to be considered for the CPA?), NTS, and License name must match exactly.

On my application I put: Firstname Lastname

My NTS says: Firstname MiddleName(Full) Lastname

My appointment for prometric says: Firstname Lastname

My license and credit cards have Firstname Middleinitial Lastname

Am I going to have an issue?

Also, my appointment with prometric has no address. Just State, USA. Is this going to be an issue? If so who should I call to get this all straightened out?

I have a similar issue, I have my middle initial on my ideas but not on the application and NTS. I called them up and they said that it would be alright. If I were you I would also call them just to get a peace of mind.

My NTS has my first name, middle initial, last name and my Id has first name and last name. It's never been a problem.

Shouldn't be a problem at all. My NTS only had my first and last name while my ID had my middle initial included and they didn't care.

They care more about spelling rather than name structure on the ID. For example if you name on one ID is Andersen and on the other is Anderson they're gonna have a problem.
