I tried to reschedule my FAR exam set for tomorrow and when I clicked on reschedule it told me the website was down for planned maintenance. I can’t find anything talking about planned maintenance on the prometric site. They have a live chat option for help on weekends but that is unavailable as well. The phone number is only good M-F and I have no other way to reschedule this. I sent them an email and it seems like that is my only option. I could file a complaint as well but I don’t know if that will help me. Now, I’m going to have to take the exam or reapply for my boards because I can’t get through the site. I’m so frustrated!

No problem, I hope things work out for you. If you plan on taking the test tomorrow try and just ignore this even happened. That's what I told myself if they couldn't reschedule me this morning. You probably know most of the materially anyway and getting the extra time is just a confidence boost. Your hard work studying and preparing should be enough to give you confidence even if you take the exam tomorrow. Good luck!

Thanks man, as a follow up, I am living in Virginia. Some place lost power Friday night as one of the most powerful storms. I just received a phone call from prometric. The test center is closed due to no power. So I have rescheduled the BEC exam without any change fees. Now, i gotta start to studyin for AUDIT test.

Haha, I had a moment of panic, because I live in an area that lost power too. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to reschedule…I want to get this beast over with and finally be DONE.
