After battling back and forth with REG for months usually getting a 73 or 74, I finally passed 2/1/13…then came the real test, if I could pass FAR 2/28/13 with less than a month to study and I would lose AUD if I didn’t pass. I took the test 2/28/13 and it was TOUGH so I wasn’t too hopeful…checked my score today and I received a 73!*?!* I know I should be happy I was so close, but that was my third time taking it and sooo frustrating to be SOOO close! I know a bunch of you are in the same position this time around based upon reading the forums. I hope you succeeded, but if not..feel free to release on here! Looks like the CPA is going to be taking more of my money again 🙁

You'll make it. I really believe that the Wiley Online test bank and other materials is the secret to passing the CPA exam. I am a prime example of that truth.

@nofunbecker, you need to just keep at it! I noticed over the last few months that on this forum people do not seem to emphasize quality over quantity when it comes to reviewing MCQ's and SIM's. From my 63 to 70 that is exactly what I did. Well, I really took my time with the concepts that I knew I was weak on. In other words I really tried to understand the nuts and bolts of what was being explained in the Wiley book, which does an excellent job of going into to detail but with easy to understand explanations of the concepts. I switched from Becker to Yaeger which includes the Wiley book because Becker did not suit my learning style. My first score was after 3 months of highlighting with Becker!

FAR - Bad Fail '11, Fail '12, Fail '13, PASS It's a miracle!
AUD - Fail, PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BEC - PASS!!!!!!!!
REG - PASS!!!!!!!! And I'm done!

I understand your pain. This will be my 4th time taking FAR. The funny thing is, I know what I didnt know while taking the exam and remember telling myself, “I Should Know This.” There was nothing I have not seen in Wiley Testbank. My plan is to retake FAR in April and this time actually study a Sim-A-Day. I don't want to take this exam again, I am ready to move onto to BEC and then be done with these exams forever!!!
