404 Error NASBA 2.0 Portal

    Has anyone ran into a problem after registering where you only get a 404 error or an error occurred during this session when you log in? If so, were you able to figure out how to get around it?

    I’ve contacted NASBA multiple times by phone and email. My NCD admin is not responding to emails and neither is the IT manager that is supposedly working on this.

    This is getting really frustrating.

    It's happen to me a couple time. I just hit the logout button and log back in and it works.
