Any advice for me? I’m planning to take it end of the month.

Currently using Becker, Wiley TB, & Ninja Audio.

I would also like to know.

Would you guys stress knowing the formulas?

You'll be in good hands with Becker. Just a couple things I would stress. First off, IT is pretty crucial. As Jeff told me (which was extremely helpful), doing every IT question the afternoon before your test. Second, don't worry too much about the heavy duty cost accounting stuff. I was getting so frustrated and in the 50s on the HW. The material on the exam is about 10x easier than Becker and probably most other review courses. I'd say only about 25% of my exam was computational so that's why I think knowing the concepts is just as important if not more important. Also, don't worry about the writing. Give yourself an hour to be able to organize your thoughts and you'll be more than fine. Good luck to both of you!

CPA628, I used exactly the materials you listed. I think even Becker alone will allow you to pass. With those three, that is definitely enough. BUT, I don't think any material will prepare you for some of the IT and COSO/Corporate Governance. A few of those questions were not covered in any of the material, but I still managed to pass. I guess the weight of each question is more forgiving since the pass rate is 54%

As far as knowing the formulas, you definitely need to know the majority of them since you can be tested on any of them. I decided to blow off knowing how to solve one of the formulas and I ended up with 3 questions on the exam about it.

Thank you so much, guys!!! Really really appreciate it!!! I'm hoping to be done with the material in two weeks, and giving myself two weeks of review.

    That should be enough, right?

PS: Not working at the moment, so studying full time:)

Becker is definitely enough. I don't like the method of a lot of people on this website. They seem to favor quantity of material over the quality of their study. Know Becker and you'll be good. Definitely know the formulas though although in my opinion, you should memorize anything remotely important. Only memorizing/knowing what you think is important is a recipe for failure or at least a recipe for not being assured passing. Becker will tell you what to know.
