I am getting ready to schedule REG and can’t get a seat in my normal testing center. I have become too much a creature of habit and am freaking out about going to a different center, especially on the last section.

Anyone else feel like this? I’m sure it’s not a big deal, as long as I wear my lucky plaid shorts 🙂

I am like that! My test center didn't have anything past mid may and I was contemplating the next one away and just the thought of it was making me nervous for some reason.

Haha, don't feel bad…I always try to get the same locker number (the one with my “lucky number” on it…for my last section someone snagged my locker! I had a brief moment of panic about it haha

I did the same thing last time I was there for BEC. I am convinced my lower score had something to do with not getting locker #1.

Same thing happened to me. So I just booked at the other testing center and then stalked my testing center for the day that I wanted. I figured it was better to have the date I wanted scheduled somewhere, then to worry about getting a time at all. I did get the day that I wanted and a better time slot at my testing center. It pays to stalk.

One day is today! I'm DOOONNNNNEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I scoped out my center a week before to make sure all the parking, restrooms, etc. were good to go. I felt like Nick Cage in Gone in 60 Seconds 😀

The closest test center to me is almost 2 hours away and it's really small. I think there are only 8 computers. So it tends to fill up quick. I drove four hours to Houston in April because that was the only test site that had REG at 8am and FAR at 12:30. It wasn't too bad. I listened to Jeff's Ninja REG audio all the way down there, stayed in a really crappy and cheap hotel, took both tests the next day, went back to the really crappy hotel and crashed. Got up the next morning and drove home and, as per my usual, got lost in Houston. I saw parts of Houston that you only see on the news and Cops!

Same thing happened to me this time! I had my test schedule at my test center, but got an e-mail saying it was cancelled due to some reason. I called my testing center and couldn't get hold of them until two days later. I didn't want to risk not being able to sit this window, so had to schedule the test at a different testing center. I'm so paranoid about it, b/c I passed my last two exams at the old testing center, but then I also failed three exams there…but then the last two exams I passed, an older lady signed me in and she wished me luck both times. This sounds so silly, but I'm so paranoid that the older lady employee won't be able to wish me luck this time and I'll fail:(

Ah these exams will turn me crazy. But I keep telling myself that I passed last two exams because I studied, and wore a red panty (Thanks, Kasia)….plus, the new test center has an older lady (she seems very nice). I just hope she's working the day I'm taking my exam.

PS: I know I sound crazy, but I'm not…it's these exams LOL

Kricket, I am sooooo cheering for you! Ever since I heard you were kicking @$$ and taking the two hardest sections on the same day, I have been in your corner!

@BDO-Baby – Thanks a lot. That is very nice of you to think of me! I felt better walking out of REG than I have ever felt. My scores are pretty bad for REG so that may not be saying much. FAR is a nightmare no matter how prepared I feel like I am for it. There weren't any surprises though. I have hope! Good Luck on BEC!
