    Does anyone know whether the computer creates the test on the fly or whether the testlets are constructed before the exam?

    I got the same question in two test lets in Audit. Odd.

    Only thing I can think of is that they were pretest questions

    I'm pretty sure I had a duplicate question when I took FAR.
