Specific Question about BEC 3

Probably a really specific question that really isn’t that important in the grand scheme of things, but thought I would ask anyway since I’m in panic mode. In BEC 3 in capital financing decisions and operating leverage, the Becker book has things like long-term debt as “kdx” and pre-tax long-term debt as “kdt” and other little “symbols” to represent other similar terms. For anyone who took the test, if questions on this subject are asked, are we expected to remember what these little 3-letter words signify? I dunno, probably over-thinking it, but just thought I would ask.

NO. I completely ignored those symbols. They are so confusing! Write the formula the easiest way you can remember it.

    BEC: 73, 81
    AUD: 85
    FAR: 71, 77
    REG: 74, 75...finally DONE! 😀

*This is my 2nd attempt at the CPA exam. For all of you who have failed this exam many times, given up on it, or taken a break like me, remember that it is still possible to finish what you started...failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently 🙂
