NYSE & NASDAQ – Director Independence

    The rule that states “a director is not independent if family member has been an officer or affiliate in the last 5 years (3yrNASDAQ).”

    What do they mean by “affiliate”? Does this mean employee or something greater?

    Sorry… don't know the answer to your question. But I will say that I don't think you need to worry about knowing that.
