I don’t understand which method I should use to stick this materiel in my head. These costing accounting problems are so big and long, it literally takes me 10 mins to do one problem, and of course, I get them wrong. How is the actual exam comparing to beckers? I feel so demotivated with bec 1 and 2 of beckers. any advice? Thanks

Well, the past few days I've been doing anything and everything cost accounting related and I think the lightbulb finally went off today. Good thing too, because my exam is on Monday!

I've already taken BEC a few times already and cost seemed like one of the more heavily-tested topics each time. But then again, that depends on the test. I would definitely spend a lot of time practicing cost stuff though. All of the other tests I've finished with an hour left of time and BEC I barely finish on time…

I am using CPAexcel. Don't be scared… I have the worse attitude when it comes to cost accounting because it literally has NOTHING to do with any part of my career/desired career direction. That, and sometimes I am just plain slow in understanding things haha

I think you just need to keep familiarizing yourself with the problems and how they are solved. There are some good practice problems here as well:
