honestly I cant really tell if the MCQ testlet 2 and 3 were getting harder. The WC part was fairly easy to me. One of the WC was not related to BEC at all. I guess that one is pretest ?? anyways, waiting begins…..

btw, i used wiley, yaeger, CPA review for free and NINJA notes…..i think only the wiley helps the most 🙂

Any one of your writing questions could have been the test question. They ask non BEC questions a lot. However, as long as you wrote a decent memo that directly addressed the question asked you should be OK even if your answer was wrong.

I gave my first CPA test on August 22nd. and yes it was BEC. I was nervous like hell. The guy @ prometric tried his best to calm me down. Anyways my exam wasn't that good. Lot of stuff I had never seen before in any of the reviews. The calculations were weirder. I guessed some answers and I know today which questions I answered wrong. I wasn't fully prepared for the exam. But I am praying God to bring me close to 75 so that I don' give up. I did not give my 100% to the test maybe if I had I would have been more confident today. I would say the test was 60-65% harder and the rest was quiet easy.

I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Took it a couple days ago. First testlet went alright, second a little harder, and third was the hardest in terms of requiring the most knowledge about formulas (the majority of which I had seen before using Becker). Definitely a couple of questions I had no idea and had to guess but all in all I'd say Becker prepared me enough to pass.

For REG, FAR, & AUD I was never able to tell if the testlets were getting any harder. For BEC, the 2nd testlet definitely was harder. Most of the questions were really long. The third testlet had some shorter questions, but they covered some things I'd never really seen. I don't know if it was supposed to be harder or if I was just less prepared for those questions.
