For those of you that have failed BEC, what do you believe were your weaknesses..Also, I understand that BEC is not adaptive, however; is BEC curved (for a lack of a better word)?

I think that BEC tends to be the most “harshly graded” of all 4 exams, and most probably is not “curved” at all.

    Good luck!

Hello there! I failed mine with 74 and was devastated. I'd rather get 64 and fail because 74 means I was so damn close! When I received a letter explaning my weaknesses, I completely agreed and accepted the fact that I needed to try more problems. I think my issue with studying BEC was that I started to memorize answers to questions without really understanding the concepts, for example aggregate demand and supply. I scheduled for the retake right away and focused on my weak areas and tried new sets of questions that I wasn't familiar with (I went to the library and did problems on Wiley 2010)

Trust me you're not the only one! Wish you the best!
