IT ? (Source Code)

    I’m confusing myself on some of these terms. Who should have access to the source code – the computer programmer or the computer engineer?

    Programmer must have access to the source code.

    Computer Engineer? That job title is so vague, it could mean anything. Could mean a programmer. Could mean a tester. Could mean a business analyst.

    @bobkorz – thanks for responding. I thought it should be the programmer but some of the terms are used interchangeably.

    Programmer should have access to the source code. Because he/she write the source at the first place.
