I passed the BEC in 2010, but the credit expired. Is there any big differences between 2013 and 2010? Is my old 2010 Wiley book + 2013 wiley test bank good enough for the exam? please advise . thank you

Its all just words, so, sure, why not.

LOL, the Wiley books are pretty cheap, so I'd either do test bank only, or test bank and buy a new book. You're talking three years of changes, bound to be worth a few points to get up-to-date materials

New Internal Auditing Standards have been added since then…just watch for that in the Test Bank.

A new book is like $30, though.
