Just wanted to know how important those topics are for BEC exam? And where in the CSO’s do they fall under? and do you all actually study that material or just breeze through it?

What year are your materials?? All of the partnership/corp stuff was moved to the REG section in 2011.

Thanks for the Info..Im using becker 2009 🙁 as i dont have $$ to buy updated becker stuff 🙁 perhaps I should try to buy some other beceker study book?..any suggestions?

If you are using 2009, you are missing a full chapter on Corporate Governance. My July 2010 exam had a ton of questions on that topic, but my October 2010 exam barely had any. You never know.

Thank you Detroit and goodluck!..I just purchased the NINJA notes which has the Corp Governance notes…Im still debating if I should buy brand new book for BEC :/
