So I’ve used Yaeger for all parts of the exam and my basic study mode kind of parallels their “old-school” style of teaching. I listen to the lectures, write (lots of!) notes, and then do the MCQs. When I’m done all lectures, I reread my notes again and again and again and do the MCQ’s again and again. I see which areas need more work and then try to read my notes there again and do more MCQs.
So the problem is that with BEC, if I write notes as I listen to the lectures, I’m basically rewriting the book and it’s taking me FOREVER and I’m getting kinda demoralized that I can’t even see the light at the end of the tunnel. For now I just decided to quit the note-taking and just read along with Cindy, but I feel like when it’s time for my review I will not want to reread the book – I’ll really just want to use my notes.
Any advice??
