My financial will be expired in February 2012(Barely made it to pass, don’t want take it again.), and my BEC expired and retake end of last year but failed with 68. and I also failed AUD with 72 in Q2. I haven’t touch REG yet. I have to work full time. I have hard time concentrate. A bit overwhelmed. Very discouraged.

I hear you…..I failed 3 three times in a row, BEC twice, Regulations just yesterday. Take a break for a week and re plan your studies. That's what I am doing because my brain just does not work right now. Just don't give it up!

first, read your user name over and over again…..BELIEVE!

I know very well that its overwhelming. My full time job generally runs 50+ hours a week, I've got 2 kids, AND I am in school for my masters degree (then add on the day to day stuff like being a girl scout leader, 2 dogs, blah blah blah)

It definately can be done. I failed AUD and REG the first time I took them (and failed in a BIG way) and because I honestly cannot afford one of the formal programs, I am doing this all with Wiley Book and cpareviewforfree.com. Don't defeat yourself by believing that its too much, you can do it! It may not be as fast a process as it is for others, and it may not be a smooth road. Nothing worth having ever is 🙂

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

Massachusetts CPA (non reporting) since 3/12.
