    Soon CPA,

    Stop being such a cry baby asking Jeff to monitor the forum. Maybe you should learn how to use google's translator…ohhh I forgot that is not part of the Becker review.

    By the way, if you are planning on working at a Big 4. you should learn another language and stop crying…here is a website that can help you:

    This forum is meant to provide information and support to CPA candidates. I didn't read any childish comments. We are just trying to be optimistic and have some fun. I have translated a few words for soon CPA. Hope this helps =)

    CPA = CPA

    Preocupado = worried

    resultados = scores

    Coquito = coconut milk based alcoholic drink

    Pasteles = green banana stuffed with meat

    Alcapurrias = fried green bananas stuffed with meat

    Maybe you can join us at our celebration parranda (party).

    Did anyone feel horrible leaving the BEC exam? On the Becker Final review I got a 73 (to my dismay) and 68 on the second. Knowing that this was a good sign (since I know the Final exams are more challenging than the real CPA), I felt confident going in. But now I am so worried because all the post I read is that people feel that they did well….I can only imagine my grade since I felt horrible!

    First Attempt: FAR- 91 (Oct 29) / REG ?? (Nov 16) / BEC ?? (Nov 28) / AUD?? (Jan 2)

    First Attempt: FAR-91 |REG-91 |BEC-78 |AUD-?? (Jan 2)

    Well I had 83 on the first Becker final and 80 on the second final…….However…….i didn't find Becker IT questions were helpful……For me IT questions were totally different……….so I pretty much had to guess almost half of them…….Thats y I am shaky…..I don't have confidence!!!!!!

    I felt absolutely HORRIBLE when I walked out of the exam.. I took the exam in New York City and I was all happy that I was able to get to midtown with light traffic and to park my car for $9 for a couple of hours and that I would finally be done with BEC.

    I was wrong. The exam was insane. My questions were paragraphs, not the two-three sentence questions I enjoyed the previous two attempts. There was no way to read, fully digest the facts, draw relationships between the data within the 1.5 minutes that it would take you to read the question. I used up 2 full books of scratch paper and used the complete 2.5 hours in the exam.

    The cost/managerial accounting was obscene, and the IT questions were insane. Grr…

    I would be absolutely schocked if I PASSED, much less recieve another 74.

    AUD: 79

    BEC: 74.74.?

    REG: Attended

    FAR: 02/10

    SEA-PEA-A:

    I felt horrible leaving BEC too. It was my last test so I was tired of studying and I had passed and done well on the first three so I slacked off a little more. I was also expecting this test to be easier than the other three but I found myself guessing and second-guessing a lot more than I remember in the first three. I was pretty hard on myself after the other tests too, not knowing if I'd passed or not, so hopefully I'm just being hard on myself again and I'll have a nice surprise tomorrow night! All I know right now is that I'll be extremely nervous all day tomorrow and I'll be so happy if I pass. I'll never have to study again!! Good luck to you!

    I think you will be fine. I know of a lot of people that feel terrible after taking the exam and pass with very good scores. I feel the opposite, I really didn't have a lot of time to study but thought it was easy. I honestly think this is not a good sign. I'm currently studying for it in case I have to retake it in January. I'm praying for a Christmas miracle =)
