    Clairedelune:

Amongst the great rules the commonwealth has, the PLCB has to be one the best. It ultimately comes down to regulating the sale of alcohol. Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is an independent government agency that manages the beverage alcohol industry in Pennsylvania. It is responsible for licensing the possession, sale, storage, transportation, importation and manufacture of wine, spirits and malt or brewed beverages in the Commonwealth, as well as operating a system of liquor distribution (retailing) and providing education about the harmful effects of alcohol consumption. The PLCB was established in conjunction with the 21st Amendment and the repeal of prohibition. In 1933, just four days before the sale of alcohol became legal in Pennsylvania, the Board was officially organized.

Yeah, that doesn't, though, answer the question of "what time is that?".

Well, I doubt that anyone would tell an exact time, because then we would all be complaining more than we already are, if they were 1 minute late. At least we know it is coming out today, and that is a lot more comforting than any news we've had in the past few days.

On the topic of PA laws… If you are the age of 21-24 you cannot be served if you are with someone who is under 21. At age 25, something magical happens and you are all of a sudden old enough to be a chaperone, and thus, be served.

That was definitely my favorite (sarcastic font).

I still think they're waiting for 1,000 posts on this thread. Nothing in TN.
