I’ve heard a lot about the corporate governance section being weak in Becker and from what I can tell it’s also weak in Wiley. Can anyone recommend any free resources to supplement with?

Do you subscribe to the journal of accountancy? Either last issue or the one before there was a COSO article (it was the cover article), and I found some interesting and helpful things in it. I didn't find Becker's COSO area to be weak, but I memorized EVERYTHING in that section, not just the high points. If you do that, and thoroughly understand it, you'll be ok.

I actually have not subscribed to that, but perhaps I'll consider it now. I'll definitely put going back through Becker material on my to-do list. Thanks for the info!

I memorized everything about COSO in Becker. (CRIME and IS EAR AIM). is that good enough?
