I keep reading that Becker does not do a good job covering Corporate Governance. I was wondering if someone could recommend a website that covers this material in depth?

I thought that Becker did an OK job of covering Corporate Governance as long as you study the ancillary material pretty thoroughly. Others may differ with my opinion depending on what questions were on their exams. If you want extra sources, Becker did a better job of covering the Control Environment in its AUD text. I read the COSO document on IC, but was unable to find a free source for the ERM paper. However, I didn't spend a huge amount of time looking.

I would have to agree. I think Becker does do a decent job with corporate governance (but please note that I haven't passed BEC yet and am using Becker). I think as long as you put some time into that chapter in terms of studying it, it gives you what you need to know. The ancillary material should definitely not be discarded or put to the side.
