Only for scores which were already released by the AICPA. The only scores that were released have been BEC (as far as I know), so yes only BEC will be valid for the loophole.
Okay i couldn't resist on this Ohio Loophole thing. I checked it out and I am able to check the box for BEC however, all other sections are gray……this is my first exam. So is it possible, that the Ohio Loophole has an issue?

early summer I recall someone posting that they were working to get a refund because they had registered for an exam and had actually passed. The loophole is not always correct.
Yhe loophole only works for the scores that have been released. So today only BECscores have been updated. If you check another exam section it won't be updated yet.
@is.it.over.yet I remember people getting that message, it has something to do with their nts, and wheather or not they filed for an additional NTS after the one for the current exam, so BEC is your case. Could also be because its your final test? I dont think its a bad sign at all, cant remember though.
You probably have registered for those other parts in your current NTS, corret? Therefore you would not be able to re-register for something you are currently registered to take.
If that is the case, its unfortunate in that you did not pass if the ohio loophole is correct.
People have said it is not always correct however so good luck
