Jeff is from NY and he received his score and passed, so the OH loophole worked for him. But that could be a coincidence.

Thanks everyone. All I can say is don't give up. I've been trying to pass this exam on and off for almost 7 years. Only thing that kept me going was that my company was will to pay for all the exams.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL….time to quit my job and become a gym teacher lol
