All the people who are dissappointed in the loophole! I am with you! I really hope it is not true!! because if it is! i am failaing BEC! which really sucks! Also, is there any one in NY who was barred from regestration by Ohio loophole because, I am hoping the ohio loop hole doset apply to NY!
Also, is it for sure that the scores are being released tonight or is there a chance of spilling into tomorrow?
@Jeffdemo, you mean you can't reregister under the NY board, or you try to register under Ohio board?
I am from Colorado board, and it lets me register for BEC (which I am awaiting) as well as FAR (which I already passed in the previous window), so I dont know what it means..
So if it lets you regester for both, out of which you have already passed one of the tests, its a little wierd. Did it let you regester via Ohio Loophole?

I don't know about this loophole thing…I passedFAR last window and it is letting me register right now…I am waiting for the BEC score but tried with FAR for the hell of it hoping that it wouldnt let it register me but it did, so I dont think this really works guys, too much has been made out of this.
@KSinghCPA I took it 7/31 so i should be in this wave. I think the wave cuts off around 8/7 but there has been times where people after that happened to end up in wave 1. The past 3 exams i took, all within the last 6 months, I usually get the score anywhere from 9pm up to midnight. It all depends. Sorry I can't be more help.
This is like waiting for the ball to drop on New Years Eve…everyone huddled in one room (in this case chat room) and when the ball drops…the ones who are hugging and kissing passed, and the ones who are passed out drunk didn't…lol
