I am new here but have been following the blog recently. I tried the loophole during the last window and it worked for me. I was not able to re-register for FAR and I did pass. It also worked for me when I was able to re-register for BEC last window and I found out I failed with a 74…. I was allowed to re-register when I just tried in OH. Hoping they “fixed” the loophole (especially since the site went down) and it isn't working but thinking now it is still working and I will be taking this exam again…… This was my last part and was really hoping to be done.

Was able to get back to the check box screen, still cannot register for BEC, but I am definitely not partying yet…

Today has not been my most productive day at work. Waiting is by far the worst part of this whole thing. I am waiting on my 3rd BEC score after getting back to back 74's so far. If I get another 74 I'm not sure how I'll react but at that point it has to mean someone at the AICPA has something out for me right? 😉

Does this so called loophole work out for all state boards or only particular ones? It's letting me register for FAR (which I have already passed) as well as BEC (the result for which I am waiting today). also, I am not done with the rest of the parts. so does this mean the loophole doesnt apply to me?

@TenseCPA, It would certainly seem that way… I would clearly not rule out the fact that you passed BEC especially if you can register for a section you did pass already.

OMG OMG OMG. I got a passing score but it saids Advisory Score. Does this mean I passed?

Well I think the next 24 hours will be the worst 24 hours of my life. I have been studying all morning for FAR that I take tomoorrow. I don't feel very confident about it but know that I have studied as much as I could. Also knowing that BEC is being released tonight doesn't help at all!! My husband has told me not to look at my score until after I take the exam tomorrow but it is going to be soooo tough not to look!! Oh I am really going crazy!! Good luck to all!!!

Texas is not a NASBA state. We are normally behind on the release. I'm very anxious though
