No I'm in Mass, anyone have any updates on Mass? I tried the loophole in Ohio but I can register for all the parts which seems like it might be blocked for me. Any other states that I can try? I had told myself I wouldn't do this but now I want to know too badly….

Congrats to all who passed BEC.

Wish I was in same boat with you all, however, I failed it again and my score keeps going down. Only bright side I have had to this exam is that I passed AUD, but it expires in February, 2011 and I need to pass three parts before then and I just don't see how it can get done. If this happens it will be the second time I will have let the AUD section expire before I passed the other three and I don't know if I can handle that again. Feeling very discouraged and don't know what to do. I really needed to have a good result on the BEC and it didn't happen. Guess I will be taking it when the new version comes out in January.

Rshaneo, its not an easy test. If it were everyone would do it. Passing AUD which is a monsterous section is great! Can you take FAR in August or October? And BEC next window? And wait for REG in 2011, since that might get eaiser? What materials are you using maybe you need to switch it up. I recommened Yeagar w/Cindy Simpson for BEC, she breaks down COST and Financial so well.

@Bigmones ditto, Cindy helped me so much with BEC. I used the Wiley book and CRAM. I haven't gotten my score back, but I felt like I knew the answer to every question…let's just hope I did.

good morning everybody!! i actually had NO dreams about passing or failing. but my sister had a dream about a week ago that i passed and only had one section left (FAR). i am NOT checking the loophole

michelle – i am in MA as well and i checked the loophole last time for BEC, but went through OH. When it asks for work history i just checked “unemployed” so i didn't have to fill out any of that. It let me reregister for it and I was bummed but THEN i had to wait all night to see my score. i was actually happy to see a 71 because it meant i was closer to the 75 (first time around was a 66).

lmao @ trevor!!!! i don't wanna check the loophole! lol. i am waiting for my boyfriend to come down tonight and check the score with me! he doesnt want me doing the loophole, anything until he gets here! lol

@ bigmones – Yaeger for BEC is fabulous…cindy does an amazing job explaining all the topics. for some reason i was just not getting it with Becker. we will see tonight though for sure…

rshaneo – Keep at it! It is so hard to keep focused and keep momentum when you're not delivered the scores you want (and most likely deserve) – but just keep plugging away! You'll be so incredibly happy and proud of yourself when it's finally over. I agree with bigmones – start studying now for FAR and take it first thing in October, then start studying right away for BEC and take it the latest day that you can in November (or visa-versa). Looks like you have a pretty easy time with Audit (I haven't passed that one yet), so Audit will just be a review for you with a little bit of IFRS mixed in in 2011, and REG isnt' changing, so save that for last. I know it makes for an unpleasant fall (not to mention an unpleasant college football season). I may be trying to squeeze my exams into the last 2010 testing window, as well!

I agree I bought Becker the whole deal. But when I started BEC I was fine until Chapter 3, was so lost I just put the test down, thanks to the site and my old boss I decided to go w/Yeagar. And Cindy really breaks it down. Just some of her tips I'm like WOW I never thought of it that way, the girl is a genuis

hahaha @trevor! i am literally laughing out loud thank you very much 🙂 ya i woke up at 10:30 a.m. aaah feels good lol but now the waiting game begins…again…what time will we know? like 10 p.m. i am hoping to finish the 4.5 hours of lecture i have for Yaeger. that seems like foooooreeeevvveeer (how it was pronounced in the movie the sandlot) lol.
