@Trevor – you're right! I was hoping to get someone from GA waiting on a BECscore to try it out for me. If it works for them, then it should work for me when my FARscore comes out. It has worked for me the past 2 testing windows, but I'm still always skeptical.
@cpacpa – I want to say it works for NY, but I'm not sure. You'd have to look back at some of the forums from the last testing window to see for sure.
@OverwhelmedHG – is the loophole working for you in GA? Mine still says I currently have all sections in process which is accurate if I passedBEC so just curious if you have heard of anybody that can register for BEC now?
Oh well, I think I'm just going to try and get back into studying, took yesterday off to do some shopping with my parents. I figure I'll just check every hour on the scores part of the NASBA site since I don't want to get my hopes up or down before I get real news. When I typed in my section ID and birth date, I still get the same message that I had before that says “Error: No Score Found.” Is this what I should be getting? Just want to make sure that is what I should be getting.
@Bham_CPA I'm actually waiting on FAR so I can't check yet. That's what my loophole said the past 2 times too, and I passed. This is what my OASIS says now:
All or some sections of your Notice to Schedule (NTS) have been attended but scores have not been received.
Last time this message was slightly different after the AICPA releasedscores and NASBA had received, but not posted them.
I have had one time when I found out my score on a saturday, but I cannot remember which section. It is possible but I think it really depends on when the time when the scores are released on Friday.
CA posted. I had dreams about checking my score all night, never happened before. Probably had at least 5 separate dreams about passing and failing. Think I had more failings than passing and I just woke up and thought I really did fail already. Seemed too real. So relieved 84.
For those of you who are waiting in NY, last window Ohio “loophole” worked for me:
1) Scores were released on AICPA let's hypothetically say Wednesday afternoon. All the time prior to that I was getting Ohio's messages: “We are sorry. Currently all parts of this exam are still in progress. Please call…”
2)Thursday morning there was no more “Sorry” message and Ohio let me register for REG.
3) Thursday evening NASBA posted my score of 74 in my New York score window.
Hope it helps.
