Hello all, first time posting but long time reader. On my last part (hopefully) and taking BEC early next week. For the life of me I can’t understand Budget Analysis (B5) using the Becker book. The overhead variances make some sort of sense but when I do questions I’m completely lost as to how to do the questions.

Real question is…. I know its not good to go into any exam not knowing all the main concepts, however, is it possible to pass the exam with just knowing the basics but not all the details.

Also, how would you prepare for the written portion of the exam. Thanks all for any help or advice you can give me.
