I have BEC next monday. I have watched all becker lectures and attempted every McQ. I took a final exam and did ok.

For my review I re-read all the chapters, took notes, and re did every question again for all chapters (noted significant performance increase).

Now I have a whole week till my exam still, what should I do for this time? Do a bunch of progress tests every day? Do more final exams?

Keep hammering MCQs, reviewing notes, and review flash cards if you have them. Practice practice practice. Remember when you get MCQs right or wrong, always know “why”.

I agree with bmsheppard87 that MCQ should be the focus for your final review. I would add that you shouldn't spend too much time on any subject. The goal of the final review is to refresh all of the material in your mind so you can remember topics you studied at the beginning of your regimen. To that purpose, when I'm conducting my final review, I only do the MCQ that I got wrong multiple times, and I only go over the “highlights” from my notes / the text.
