What do you think is the best way to study for the IT part of BEC? I have heard so many people say that they throw the most random questions at you?

I heard the same thing about the NFP and Governmental for FAR but I didnt listen. So this time for BEC I want to be prepared

I am studying BEC for the 3rd time. I got 2 74's in a row I have just been beyond devastated with the 2 74's that I have not taken an exam since March and basically had serious mental issues—had to go to doctor and prescribed various anti anxiety/depression medications. We are talking hard core stuff like XANAX.

My exam is in early AUG. I am actually studying IT part of BEC as we speak, and find CPA excel wiley very thorough. Lots of good questions and lectures. I recommend strongly. It takes 1 week to go through assuming you spend 3 hours a day.

I'm studying for BEC now as well. Plan on testing first week of September. I just got through the Economic portion (skipped Corp. Gov because it comes really easy to me for some reason) and it was pretty brutal. I'll agree with shawn in VA that Wiley is very thorough with this section (and AUD). I plan on tackling Fin. Management and IT within the next two/three weeks. All I do is read each lesson and do the corresponding MCQs in the back of the Wiley book. There are roughly 500-600 MCQ in each book which is just enough to grasp the big picture. Once through the book, take two weeks to do just MCQ and SIMs as a review.
