BEC Written Communication – Can we use simple English

    Just curious about if we can use simple English with short sentence. It helps reduce risk of grammar error but might not sounds professional enough. I just need a passing grade. Any suggestion?

    I didn't use big words but I did use decent size sentences and made myself not sound like a robot.

    I wouldn't worry too much about sentence length or complexity, or using big words. Just do your best to make sense and get in key words.

    My university made me take a business writing class and one of the themes throughout the class was ‘get to the point'. The examples in my Wiley book don't have terribly complicated sentence structures or use needlessly big words. My style matched Wiley's pretty closely and I got a comparable last time I took BEC.
