    I wonder if anyone’s ever heard “Compliser Utility”? If you know, what is it? thank you!!

    That kind of sounds like compiler. Do you think it's a misprint in wherever you found that term?

    Well a compiler is a program that changes source code into machine language.

    yes – it's a translator from english (code) to computer language.

    It's a term for both BEC and AUD.
