For every WC, regardless of being a memo or letter format, is the heading format always:

To: (appropriate title of personnel)

From: (You’re title)

?

There is no need to have an ACTUAL memo/letter format taught by schools right? Name, address, etc for letter and so on.

Don't worry about the heading. They fill that in for you. Just write the body. I don't think you even have to write a “Sincerely, Reloadedxp” at the end either.
