I’m taking BEC next week. I received a 74 last time. On the written communication portion I didn’t score as well as the average passing candidate. This was partially due to lack of time…I practically ran out, and as a result I had to rush through the WC portion. I’ve been using Becker and noted that in their simulations the written communication solutions are not signed. I have been signing mine and now I’m wondering if I should? Please let me know if you think I should or should not sign them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

On the Becker WC, it seemed that on top of the memo there was a TO and a FROM line item. I would imagine the Becker one's were not signed because it already had who it was from in the FROM line item. I would say that if the FROM line is there on top, you dont need to sign. If the FROM line is not there on the top, I would sign with your name.

I have always signed my name per my review course's suggestion and have scored higher than the average candidate.

I never signed my name and always did well on WC. I was scared spell check would mark my name wrong.
