Hi everyone.. just started studying for BEC which I take on May 28th (I’m praying thats enough time!).

I’ve come across the IT chapter in Yaeger and I’m basically being told to read through all the definitions, do all the MCQs, and also refer back to the AUD IT chapters/MCQs.

I’ve heard some people say if you have AUD IT down, you will do fine with BEC IT… but to me BEC IT seems MUCH more detailed. Thoughts? How did you prepare for BEC vs. AUD?

P.S. Sorry this post is a dup from the Ninja forum, I didn’t realize that the first forum I posted in wasn’t BEC specific (or does it matter?)!

The information in Audit as it relates to IT is good to refer to. It is not all inclusive of what BEC will test though. Audit doesn't get into systems, disaster recovery, backups, network types, etc.
