Anyone who took BEC this weekend – how was? Was it filled with tons of completely random questions or did it seem reasonable?? I am taking it tomorrow and I am pretty nervous. I can really use a “good” test.

When I took BEC last year I concentrated my studies based on the AICPA content specifications.

You MUST know I/T and Business Structure EXTREMELY well to pass!….and know ALL the formulas…the rest of the stuff was easy…..

You need to go very fast during the exam and always guess “b” if you can't begin to solve within 20 seconds…..

BEC=77, FAR=78, REG=73,74,80, AUD=70,69, 84 DONE!

…and if can't begin solving in audit – I guess you need to choose “a”?

My BEC exam (two weeks ago) was filled with random questions; many of which I was unable to answer without guessing. And yes, I studied very very hard. So, the one thing I would definitely do is go do all the AICPA questions. Maybe that would've helped me. I didn't have as many IT questions as people on here say they had. I also didn't have very many variance questions. However, I had ALOT of everything else. I hate to sound like I'm scaring you. I just think I focused on some areas too much and other areas not enough.

I just finished my exam and thought it was fair. I think I did better than last time (70) and I hope it was enough.
