Leena, Welcome to the club! lol

Ninja MCQ IT are really tricky, always seems answers could go either way (especially when you dont know the terms of the question!)

just keep pounding them away, you have until 11/25 so thats good (dont know how some people only put in 2 weeks for this exam)

For cost, i would say right down the formulas and commit to memory. i did index cards and i think that has really helped me, ill be laying in bed at night and trying to resight the formulas

    good luck! first exam?

Casa – not sure if this is what you are looking for, but is what I have in my notes from ninja.

Interest rate swaps hedge risk and transforms one kind on interest stream into another. Used to hedge long term floating rate bonds.

Leena, just keep going and taking notes, doing small sections at a time if possible so you don't get burned out.

    heres one for everyone:

Johnson Co., distributor of candles, has reported the following budget assumptions for Year 1: No change in candles inventory level; cash disbursement to candle manufacturer, $300,000; target accounts payable ending balance for year 1 is 150% of accounts payable beginning balance; and sales price is set at a markup of 20% of candle purchase price. The candle manufacturer is Johnson's only vendor, and all purchases are made on credit. The accounts payable has a balance of $100,000 at the beginning of Year 1. What is the budgeted gross margin for Year 1?

    A.

    $60,000

    B.

    $70,000

    C.

    $75,000

    D.

    $87,500

I think flashcards might be the way to go for IT….as far as IT duties drawing out an organizational chart might help.

Ninja Audio says interest rate swaps are valued at the zero coupon method.

Repost because no one responded to my question yesterday:

Has anyone seen the email that they are updating the Becker material? I'm on lecture 4 right now and take it November 24th. Am I okay or do I need to rewatch the lectures they update on Nov. 6th?

I know i'm a rookie but thank you!

AUD- 22, Just missed it...maybe next time!
    REG- 14, so close!!!

Thumpsup – I highly doubt you would need to rewatch the lectures.

Casa – ahhhh yes. I have heard that before (probably 20 times). Some things in audio stick more than others for me…
