got ninja last night!

19 days till test day..i should be able to get in 14 days of full studying within that period and the other days should be atleast an hour or two–some days more. so, whats my best strategy? i have arleady wrote IT section TWICE. skimmed the book through twice. Made index cards on each chapter and also wrote down every formula in the Becker Book which i will be studying daily until exam. Also starting nija this weekend and after this weekend will have been through Becker twice (although still feel like a lot of stuff isnt sticking)

How are you at cost accounting? I'd just from this period do non-stop MCQ problems and continue reading your notes.

im alright, i mean i got your question above about sales price variance right. But some of the questions i have no idea what there asking

I did terrible on that section yesterday. I think I'm just going to read the Wiley book for that section. IT is going to be tough, but I'm going to do at least 500 MCQs from that section before the exam. I was missing some bunnies yesterday though. Budgeting truly sucks as well but I'm already pretty good at financial management which is the biggest section on the test. At least we don't have to worry about any simulations on this test lol.

I would have loved to have simulations on the test counting for 40% (yeah, probably just me) 🙁

kimboroni, could go either way. on one hand if you can get partial credit on 40% it could save you but going through cost and operations management sections, i couldnt imagine what a BEC sim would look like/nor wanna think about it.

wanna give us some insight on how your exam went?

how about the WC?

also, did you have crazy long calculations like some?

Moved my exam to Nov 8th, Lauren. lol

I'm at the comfortable stage but not confident stage with my review of B1, B4, B5, and B6.. this weekend I'm going to try and conquer B2 and B3 and then rinse and repeat. This exam is the death of me, I swear!

J – my exam was supposed to be next saturday…

I have to recall B2 and B3 from the depths of my information, I haven't done them in a while! I had a couple of obstacles in the way the past month so it's been a while since I've seen B2's equations, that's what I think scares me a bit.

NJ, i just bought ninja last night and plan to really start using it after i finish going through becker the second time. that being said i just finished IT and can honestly say that my scores have improved for all sections except 2- where one remained same and one fell (pissed cause i killed it on my first round through).

when looking at my second time through scores, they have all either improved (by a small fraction) or stayed them same.

only two/three subsections were below a 60% for my first round through, although i slightly used the book for B1-B3

Ninja is well worth it in my opinion. I have about 250 questions left to do in Ninja and 150 in Wiley….wanted to finish those questions by this past Thursday but I was too busy doing cpareviewforfree questions……lol. Have done about 400 of those instead.
