    Hi guys,

    My exam is scheduled for this Friday at 9:30AM, and I was able to this Wednesday and Thursday off of work for full days of study. I don't feel very comfortable with the material and think it may be better to push it back to early July and increase my chances, opposed to cramming all-week and taking my chances in four days.

    Some people are telling me to cram and give it a go, while others think it's better to push it back and get an extra month or so of studying done.

    Can you guys please offer your best advice?

    Aspiring24 -You should take it this Friday. That will be in this window so if you were to not pass you could retake in July as well.

    @.Sunshine. OK I see what you're doing. I still do calculate the BB, I just do it in a separate step. Test in a couple hours.. Here goes nothing..

    Awaiting score is painful. took BEC on 5/27, Becker chapter 5 & 6 were barely tested. A lot of COSO and IT. Feeling 50/50 as to if i passed. Second booklet got harder, so thats good

    Hey @Aspiring, I agree with Kelly. Go, go, go! You can nail BEC this coming Friday! I am going in with you that same day.

    I had my BEC NTS expired on May 9th after putting it off for two consecutive windows. I was waiting for an extended testing window both in December 2015 and February. I had been feeling unprepared for BEC at the end of each testing window because of REG. I thought I was going to handle BEC well after REG this Q2 but I got so sick around Easter due to stomach flu. I ended up taking a “CPA” test not in Prometric center but in my Gastroenterologist’s Office.

    I am SO glad that my stomach is functioning normal again. I reapplied for a new NTS after that and hit the books again. Man, even after studying for a new set of 4 weeks, I still don’t feel prepared at all.

    Just got back from my exam. As usual, I have no idea how to feel about it. I actually felt the most prepared for the calculation questions. It's the conceptual ones that I found tricky. I definitely feel like I should have studied COSO a lot closer.

    I took the BEC (first CPA exam for me) last Saturday (6/4/16). I do not know if I did very well. Now, I am debating whether I should start studying for another exam or continue studying for BEC to keep things fresh in my mind. Does any one have any suggestions? I initial though is to start studying for either AUD or REG and do some MCQ on BEC.

    @jr1751 – I will be in the same situation on July 1st. But I am obligated to start studying for AUD because I have scheduled that exam already for Aug 29th. Doing some MQs on BEC sounds like a decent way to keep content a bit fresh just in case.
