I have done way too many MCQs today. I think I'll skim CPAExcel again for some “light reading” to take a break. 🙁

I tried doing the difficult questions that were released from the AICPA. Yikes. There were 2 computational questions I got wrong and want to know where I went wrong. That's why I'm waiting on Jeff's answer if it's okay to discuss on the board.

Does anyone here use the NINJA notes to supplement with their studies? Since I'm in review stage, I think I'd like to keep writing until my hands fall off.

@Bear-Bear – I started studying lightly March 21st (notes on Becker Chapter Outlines and Ninja Notes) and then 20hrs a week April 1st. I am testing May 13th and do not feel like I have retained the concepts or formulas adequately. Planning to continue to hit the Ninja MCQ these next 2 weeks and then rewrite the Ninja Notes the week of the exam (testing on a Friday). I also listen to various sections of Ninja Audio everyday. Tried to study smarter this time but feeling like I am not prepared. This exam material is not as “easy” as I had anticipated.

Formulas will play a vital role in BEC. The rest of the chapters are theory like COSO, IT & Economics.

So make the notes along with NINJA Notes for wrong MCQs. It will be really helpful to sort out the week chapters.

@Papogator24 here is how I solved it.
Assets – Liab = Equity
275 – 1.75x = x
275 = 2.75x
x=100

Then it gives Liab = 175 and Equity 100
Add 20 to each give 195/120 = 1.63
