    @60sixx, that's plenty of time. How far have you gotten in your studies? I am on my second pass through the material, and it is kind starting to come together. In one week, I have already re-ran through more than half of the material, but I still think I need to run through it a 3rd time.

    Yeah, that is definitely adequate time. I gave myself 7 weeks, and I'm already pacing to finish a full week ahead of schedule.

    @mtaylo24 – I've gotten through the corporate governance, the general micro/macro, and the IT stuff – i.e., the easy to me, generally “makes sense” stuff. I'm working through the financial management section now and I want to cry. Time value of money, rates of return, capital budegeting….So I essentially have that and the cost accounting stuff to go – easily my least favorite topics. I just feel very under water right now. Freaking out because I see how many people say this is an ‘easy' section…..which doesn't bode well for me & FAR. Who in God's name can remember all of these formulas? Just having a very spaz out moment………….

    Also, I should mention, while studying I'm going through buying a house/selling my house….will be moving at the end of may. FREAK OUT TIME.

    I've been studying since last week of march. I was originally scheduled for 4/2 but ran into roadblocks due to work and moved it to 5/16. I've been doing full review since I finish the book 2 weeks ago.

    Got my average to 77% and my trending to 82%. My weakest area is Operations Management at 70%…time to drill that one now.

    I'm 76% through the Adaptive Learning phase and am now sitting at average of 78% and trending 85%.

    My work for today is done. Time to relax with a cold one. 🙂

    That's awesome. I hope to be there. Currently at 46%, averaging 72 and trending at 76%. I'm making some mistakes and sometimes I can't remember what steps I need to take for the WACC or those type of questions. Some of the NINJA questions for globalizations I've never seen before pops up. Trying to learn that. I did 100 MCQ today. 50/50 80 then 74. ::sigh:: day off work tomorrow to play golf in a tournament. Looking forward to it.

    Hi everyone! I'm totally new to this website, but my CPA exam journey has been ongoing for a while unfortunately. I've never had the determinations or willingness to go through this process until NOW. I feel 2016 is the year to finally get it done, and I scheduled BEC in the 1st week of May. Nice to see I'm not alone in this journey 🙂

    @Bear-Bear. How long have you been studying for this section? I am testing on 5/13 and I don't feel anywhere near as close to success as you are.

    @Mom2five – I've been studying since 3/8…spent five weeks on CPAExcel and this is my second week of Ninja. How many weeks have you been at it?

    @Papogator24 – Enjoy the golfing! A break from studying is always a good thing to refresh one's mind.

    Hello everyone,
    Last week I received my notice to schedule my exam for BEC.
    I'm excited and nervous all at the same time.
    I scheduled my test for July 30th.
    I'm only using CPA Ninja material which includes BEC book, notes, MCQ and audio.
    Wish me luck this is my first CPA exam.
